Hello guys, M22 here, I have a very oily face with constant pimples attacking it, I’ve used a lot of things from those tube creams usually in pharmacies to locally made black soaps but my face still remains the same, they work for some time but it’s like my face adapts to them, I really don’t know. Do you guys have any tips for me? I’ll attach a pic of the skin if it’ll help… thanks

i was like this, after many years and many treatments, i settled to using Dudu osun to wash as often as possible and then using skin success cleanser, the plain one not the toner. eventually a friend told me something strange. he said "forget you have a face".

sounded weird initially but then i did and lived my life unbothered about what was on my face.............life got easier.

ultimately these things are mostly age related, u will eventually outgrow them. many of these treatments can do a lot of harm.

So, finally, wash your face often, change your pillowcase and handkerchiefs often, stop bursting and live your life like its golden.

With age, it will ease up. Was here too though not as severe as yours seem.

Baba I guess u are young man in his 20ties or early 30ties. My advice is, just allow ur face to be b4 u go damage it with too many chemicals called cream. See, that stuff will disappear by itself when it's time.

On the the hand, reduce ur intake of oily foods such as groundnut, melon soup and fries.....

What u have is very common and not a supposed to be a source of worry IF YOU ARE A CLEAN PERSON BY NATURE!
You need to first understand what actually causes outbreak of pimples on the face. They are caused by clogged pores on the face caused by excess oils that's left to stay too long under the skin thereby preventing natural secretion of bodily fluids through the pores.

I have oily face as well like urs and yet I never suffer from pimples.

Why?

It's very simply! Just wash ur face regularly with a good antiseptic soap as often as 3 times a day. Avoid using creams with oil in it especially on ur face (except in case of extreme dry weather like harmattan).

Bottom line is to keep ur skin as dry as possible naturally via simple washing with soap and water. I do mine 3 times a day and it works. I don't use anything else!
Make a habit of this and your pimples will dry up since they will be starved of the oils that they feed on to grow and spread.

Stop using hard soap/medicated on your face and stop brushing the face with sponge.

Use micro-wave to burn it!

Drill a head size hole under a microwave and heat for 2 minutes

Why don't you try using powder? Creams you're trying have oils in them...

Just like someone mentioned above, always wash your face, pillow case, towel and hands..Eat more vegetables and fruits
