7ft kingpost with stone coated steptiles?, You want to be calling installers every now and then for maintenance. The FUNCTIONAL minimum from his plan should be 16ft, but it might not be aesthetically appealing to the eyes.

Yes bro.. materials dey very expensive... That your roofing could cost you up to 5m depending on the type of roofing sheet you chose

You'll need noggings i.e 50mm x 50mm in 1200mm x 1200 placing instead of the conventional 600mm x 600mm

Bro budget material for the roofing wood and sheets at 1.9m and 100k for transport then budget 400k for workmanship,add nails and accessories at 200k and this budget will get you a 12ft to 18ft high roof with this your building measurements. If you negotiate well and the building is closer to where you're getting the materials,you could save a lot from this budget.
NB:Make sure the measurements of sheet requested is what is supplied,thats where the stallers play games.
