TheFacelessMan:You don't know what you're saying. Ask those who witnessed wars to tell you what it means and the broader effect. In war and national crisis, you could be waylaid anywhere and get killed. You're not safe in your abode you think you're one hundred percent insulated from attacks. To avoid such cataclysmic effect, we restructure or dissolve the Union. Haba! How long do we have to be fighting ourselves! We are not making progress as a nation because we are steeply divided. Other nations are making progress, and we are here fighting ourselves. This won't augur well for our development and progress. It's time to be serious. Which way Nigeria ![]() |

JohnAOne:They burnt Sanwo Olu's mother family house in Lagos.. maybe that was the reason he didn't pick any Igbo in his second term. Those guys are bigots o, terrible ones. It's those marrying them I feel sorry for. My heart bleeds when I see these Gen Z Yorubas falling for all sort of propaganda e.g. EndSars that turned EndLagos, LekkiLies etc. orchestrated by the Igbos.. It's cos they didn't live in the dark days of Nigeria after Igbo soldiers went on killing spree, eliminating leaders of other ethnic groups in the country. The bad blood, hatred, suspicions etc. that their action brought about is still haunting Nigeria till date. |

Confused judiciary! Only there there to do the bidding of politifian, if not, I found no way to explain how the same judiciary that passed judgement to release someone and the politicians refused to release is now the same judiciary that is siding with the politicians who have so far practiced "contempt of court" on this matter. |

Princedapace:See you guys should stop twisting events. Were the igbos not allowed to vote during presidential election? When it gets to gubernatorial igbos were saying it loud and clear that they will unseat Sanwo-olu and replaced him Gbadebo who doesn't see himself as a Yoruba, Baba who does that? You people should always consider others and put yourselves in their shoes naaaa. Habaaa Even if you don't like Sanwo-olu, Tinubu or the Yorubas, can't you just vote for your candidate quietly and leave ? Must you say it to their face? It's not fair naaa, it isn't done anywhere. You don't meddle into the political affairs of the locals and you expect them to fold their hands. The Yorubas residing in Abia state can't start dictating or campaigning for opposition and you locals will fold hands and be watching them. |

flokii:with dirty comments from 17 and 18 year old fools like you many others, I keep praying and wishing for a day when this British experiment will be dissolved, but I am not pained at all, because I know we were not for one day made to be together for once, but the interest of a powerful few has always kept this nonsense experiment together, no wonder this unwholesome experiment has done nothing but to give an avenue for immature animals like you and other animals in your domain to show your true colors. |

akpumping7720:Nope, this is federal system of govt and every tribe should vote for whoever he wants. The problem here is that some of u dont really understand what is federal system of govt. If we wwant to practise a system that non indegenes can not vote during governorship election of any candidate of their choice except the one pushed by the a particular person, then let at least practise regional system of govt. U cant be claiming to run federal system of govt and democracy but u dont want me to vote for a particular candidate? How? So, California citizen who resides in New York can not vote for any candidate of his choice becus he is of a particualr tribe? And we claimed to copy American federal system. I am not even against the yorubas o but pls let at least practise regional govt so that non indegenes cant vote in other regions. Immediately u take away my right to vote any candidate of my choice, it is no longer democracy, be it federal or state elections. Democracy is not selective. The principle is same all over the world. Which one is u can practise democracy in presidential election but dont vote anyone else in governorship aside the one we pushed down ur throat? Is that now democracy? This is why the black race has never progressed. |

naija1stnigar:Oga face front.. British experiment or not, na you know. What we are saying in essence is that Igbos like Kanu should focus on Igboland and stop attacking other tribes and their leaders. If you feel your region is not progressing, hold your governors, lawmakers etc. accountable, not that you an Igbo will now cross into another region and be wishing death on Tinubu, Sanwo Olu et al. who haven't for once governed any of your States in the South East. That is called HYPOCRISY!! |

You guys were expecting the court to free him with all the glaring video evidences of incitement and violence nailing him. Una dey play. He may be released but not by any competent court. His release will come through presidential pardon. That is after he must have signed several undertakings renouncing his Biafra agitation.Without sentiments, no country on earth would tolerate or release Kanu just like that after all that transpired. He is even lucky to be alive. If it were Obj, dude would be history already. Don't compare him to Gumi o. You would be foolish to do so. Gumi does not lead mobs and protests across Northern states nor does he impose a curfew as Kanu was doing. Tinubu may just want to buy the heart of the Easterners by letting him loose. Otherwise dude is going no where. You guys can cry from now till forever. You see how Igboho has gone quiet after his people facilitated his release. What did Kanu do after his was released on bail? He defied all his bail conditions. Now he wants the same court to grant him bail again. You guys should stop being emotional. No court is letting him go this time around. Na Tinubu una go go beg with plenty plenty pledges and undertakings. ![]() |

creativehubb:but if indeed you are right that Nnamdi kanu, committed all these crimes with a non- violence organization like ipob, why did the same Nigeria courts ordered for his release and compensation, and also cleared ipob from being called a terrorist organization ? the irresponsibility of your FG in checkmating crimes and criminalities, may have given the criminals the coverage they needed to commit crimes, in the name of ipob. let your government sincerely fight crimes and criminalities, by whatever name they are called; ipob, Fulani -herdsmen, boko-haram, bandits, kidnappers, political thugs without any fear or favour, and let see who will be the victims of government clampdown on criminalities. the system of demonizing ipob to waste innocent lives is not acceptable to honest minds. moreover, how many of those Fulani -herdsmen terrorists that had brought deaths and destruction across the nation, had ever been prosecuted and jailed for their crimes against the state ? why is your government see nothing wrong in practicing selective justice ? oya you this paid agent, answer this basic questions or keep shut. |
