The person you're referring to is well known by most JWs here and they always give him accolade but one will wonder why because many claimed he has made on this forum even when Watchtower publications were presented to him for clarification. Though I've seen one or two JWs calling his attention to some issue for correction before and I don't know maybe those who give him accolade online secretly rebuking him.

Now, I want you to clarify this as a JWs because he made some claims and it seems others JWs are cool with it as they never say anything about it rather they endorsed it.

1. He said that the name "Christian" is CURSED AND BASTARDIZED and whoever think he/she belongs to Christ should think twice before associating with the name "Christian" but most astonish part is that I've seen where Watchtower applied the name 'Christian' to the organisation.

2. He said that what the Apostles did by selling their properties and shared among themselves is an act of EVIL and what Jesus never taught. Also, checking Watchtower publication, it was stated clearly that what the Apostles did was an act of GENEROSITY.

And many more but let me just leave it to this two.

As far as I'm concerned, this new development isn't a stumbling block for we Jehovah's witnesses. Anyone who left the organization because of beards was never ready to become a Jehovah's witnesses.

Also, I'm not surprised we Jehovah's witnesses are decreasing, the world is full of immortality and anyone who loves immorality can never be a Jehovah's witnesses. We're content with whatever we have, we put Jehovah first before riches but then many people want to get rich at all cost. There are lot of things that we Jehovah's witnesses don't condone and we won't condone anyone who choose that part. So therefore we must surely decrease in numbers. I'm glad we're decreasing as it builds my confidence that I'm truly in the true organization that worship God. Read mattew 7 vs 14. "Small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it". Bearing this in mind builds my faith in Jehovah and his organization.

So i'm using this medium to say that i for one am now convinced beyond all reasonable doubt that whatever this GB says is coming from the Prince of Peace himself. They said Apostates are useless and hopeless but then i doubted that idea, now let any Apostate direct, point, show, say, mention any other better performing group than JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES otherwise.

I also take into consideration the fact that some of their teachings are on point and it has saved me from being a member of any of today's new age church with questionable practices. Like I said above, it is not everything the governing body says that we do. They are infallible men and they make mistakes. That is just the plain honest truth. Some of us live quietly without wanting any privilege of service or seeking some form of recognition or undue attention.

My profession deals with making extensive research. I know almost everything about my organisation. Things they've done and tried to cover up, blunders in failed prophecies or explanation of certain scriptures, controversial policies etc.

Oga, I don't go about questioning people's beliefs. I discuss topics with people. My goal has never been to question yours or anyones religion.
The goal has always been to discuss christian topics, ask questions and use the bible to find answers.
The only reason I even mention your organization or discuss it is because you bring it up.

I would definitely take him up on some Christian discussion at my time and place.

You don't get it, my duty is to teach correct doctrine and expose false teaches so I am not too concern about your little JW disagreement.
I would discuss with the guy independent of you. He says you are not airing JW views or opinions and that's enough for me to know that you both don't share the same ideas.

But then since you so desperately need me to question the guy, maybe I would ask him about the JW updating their definitions and why a definition that was correct in 2002 is no longer correct.
I believe he would be more honest than you and show me the updated version of the definition that you have been so scared to show despite asking you nicely countless times.
