PPR request quys
The journey was not easy sha (who nor go nor know)

First application sumbmitted
MAY 9 2023
Biometric MAY 15
Medical request June 8
Denied that same June 8 ( these day I was like my village people has visited me because I thought once invited for medical there is high chance of approval, thanks to bobomaigida he encouraged me during those trial time and I also sent reconsideration and it was noted in the gcms note but the VO didn’t accept that there was a mistake in the application so i prepared again for four months again and fired again but POF was almost spoiling things during the time exchange rate was going up but GOD pass them
Second application submitted
October 23
Upfront medical update NOV 9
Eligibility started the day which I got PPR
PPR dec 20 these was the best day of my life

Through out these application I learnt so many things

My first advice would be if you know you really want to come to Canada don’t give up ( na who give up na loose)

My second advice would be if your are applying for visa or any important thing, please be sourounded by people that have positive mindset and people who can encourage you during those trial time because it play role in your success

Thanks , it will end in praise

Hello pls
As a third class graduate, I intend to further my education in Canada, is there any chance I can further with masters considering the degree.
Also are there institutions that accept third class for masters in Canada if possible?.
Thanks

Hi @nnamdi346,

Given that you applied from the UK, did you have to do medicals? I'd also want to know if you used the old or new portal. Thank you.

If you have dollar card buy dollar from Aboki and fund your account then use card or you can use UBA prepaid dollar card.
If you don't have all these then go for chipper cash but their rate is quite high.
For 150 Canadian dollar, it's about 142k. I submitted this morning

Thank you so much Chris, I was able to get someone who has a dollar card. Submitted today as well.

Pls let’s keep in touch, pray and hope for the good news🙏🏼🙏🏼

I see. Research based masters in Canada is highly competitive and it requires a high level CGPA to emerge. I will advice that you keep trying

Hi oriented, I've just sent you an email. I'm applying for a study permit from the UK and would like to pick your brains. Cheers

Hi everyone

Please I have a question, I learnt that canada share information between countries ( Uk USA New Zealand Canada Australia). My brother is trying to apply for student visa although he has lived in South Africa and was recently deported due to inability to renew his papers. He doesn’t wish to declare his stay in SA because it will be a red flag to his application considering it wasn’t a normal visa rejection but deportation.

Please do you think canada detect Africa countries history ? Anyone here or knows who have concealed such information and wasn’t caught.

Please your response will be appreciated

Good morning gurus in the house ,
My daughter just submitted her passport last Friday (22/12/2024)
What’s the likelihood of passport getting returned for collection before new year?
Her flight to Vancouver is confirmed to depart on 2nd of January. Am aware VFS isn’t going to work on Xmas and Boxing Day. I am worried any delay may mean late travel, late course registration etc although my agent keeps assuring us that she will collect her passport this week but I am concerned

It's not compulsory to declare your travel history provided that the passport was not canceled or stamped deported. If so there is need to request for a fresh passport. All the best .

It takes 2 weeks to hear from vfs. Remember when the passport gets to there office, it will be shelved in batches and send to embassy via courier. The embassy will analyse the passports to double check with there LOI. All this steps will take some business days just as they don't work on holiday. There should be some sort of late registration but that comes with a penalty. Reach out to the school via your agent to find out if she can start online registration pending when her passport is back for her to embark on the study trip. Prepare her for the journey ahead. Shalom

It depends. I submitted my son's passport in person in Abuja on a Thursday and by Monday afternoon I got the ready for collection. It was picked on a Tuesday . About 3 working days. If you are receiving the VFS mail you can follow the movement.
