inviting Tim won’t be bad but we all know how our national team handlers think

I hv advised that these players born in europe should be tapped when they haven’t hit stardom. Bringing him in as understudy to our midfielders won’t be bad. Such will afford him the exposure and opportunity to grow with the team

Our major aim after the afcon should be building a young team that will represent the nation in 2026 World Cup

Donkeys ago I talked about Chukwuemeka Carney after I watched him in the FA U18 youth cup. Dude was outstanding beyond measure.

Now he is in Chelsea on £100k a week , opportunity lost.

With respect Tim will compete with everyone one of our midfielders he is not going to be an understudy to anyone.

But the same Beale was later appointed as Rangers coach and couldn't replicate the success the team enjoyed when he was part of Gerrard coaching crew...

Why not 🚫

That's pretty obvious.

Watching his interview on NFFTV about the list, his response gave the impression that he sees the midfield as a 'single position' like the Centre back, full back, right winger etc.

Those he hired to pray for him had better increase their intensity because na express this egungun de dance go

Watching few clips of Alhassan Yusuf, I wonder why the young man is not invited. This is the first time we are going Nation Cup without a coach

The only thing you know is MONEY MONEY

U don't know anything about techniques or tactics, team formation and settings. You don't know about playing style. No wonder many times here they discuss real football you're nowhere to be found

You judge players based on contract worth.

Oga there is more to football than MONEY
Some young players in Europe may play better than your Emeka and may still be getting less pay

I dont see us qualifying from the group stage of the afcon in January with the absent of Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Ihenacho in the super eagles squad

For me. We are going to AFCON with 2MF, iwobi & Onyedika. Others & injury are next door neighbours. I don't know why Jpe's wants 5mf when he can go with 7. I just pray we don't live to regret this. I still remember the look on mikels face in 2014 mundial when they stretched Onazi out and he stood hands akimbo watching who was on the sidelines. Victor moses was even played as AM in Keshis 4,2,3,1 formation.
Exactly, it seems that Leicester are managing Ndidi and injury and a lot of times he doesn't play full 90 minutes. At the last friendlies we had, Ndidi picked up an injury after the Saudi game I think. Anyways, 5MFs is too small for a team that plans to go far.

I have never seen Nigerians expressing so much pessimism in the buildup to an international tournament in a long time..

Peseiro has really turned the team to something else

Chaii u don't even rate peseiro at all. U are right anyway. Even Eguavon is better than him. I wonder how he coached Porto. He should be sacked immediately after the nations cup. He is a tragedy and a failure

Sometimes the team flourishes when the fans are pessimistic grin. Am not sure about this time though.

onazi was unplayable, and we looked really good until the injury, then we became disorganized.

that particular match leaves rent free in my head

I think there was also pessimism during the buildup to the last afcon due to eguavon being coach at the last minute. We will be fine. Or not.

Because of two players? Ndidi has not had a good tourney for us. Nacho sef may not start. How did you arrive at your conclusion?

Can to tell how properly Iwobi broke into Arsenal ford team before being called to the SE.

Tim Iroegbunam has the small competition of the arguably the best defensive center midfielder in the world the Brazilian Douglas Luiz. As a consequence he is not going to get much game time, a position justified.

Look 👀 at where Villa are now number two in the premier League table 😮.

How many games had Arsenal captain Martin Ødegaard played for Real Madrid before they paid £35 million for him 🤔

Yes, PK can go either way.

And don't even bring up Nnadozie. Person wey no fit save even one single PK against England or Morocco when it mattered the most.

Lol, I remember most people felt the same way when we sacked Rohr close to the last AFCON. Until Eguavoen shocked everybody 😊.

The truth is that AFCONs aren't predictable. You can have the best players and organization and fail woefully. And vice versa.

Let's keep an open mind and see how it goes.

You have no Idea.

You attack the personality and avoid the substance in your prejudiced 🤔 confusion.

Chukwuemeka Carney was on my radar as a quality top level box to box midfielder. That was at age 16 by 17 he was balling , football intelligence, astounded work rate, tall with physicality and outstanding technical ability.

He played for Villa first team at 18 and was outstanding, at this stage all the top EPL clubs wanted him. However, Chelsea offered him a 6 year on £100K a week. He played for Chelsea as teenager that's no mean fit.

The money 🤑 he earns is confirmation of his outstanding quality and ability.

Best players get more very simple. Money is the driving force behind football ⚽. Without money Benzema Ronaldo, etc will not be in Saudi Arabia.

Please tell me two young Nigerian playerd in midfield better than him please 🥺 Oga 2know not ❓

What’s up with our superstars osimehn and Boniface unprofessional social network? Week in and out, they’re posting unprofessional contents on their page. Anyone with close contacts to them should inform them about unprofessional social network contents because they’re footballers not comedians. Can you imagine Ronaldo or Messi posting stupid memes week in and out on twitter? A word is enough for the wise

AFCON is unpredictable, yes but I don't agree with the vice versa, you can't come with the worst players and organisation and win. Let's not encourage mediocrity. Happy new year
