Please not all Nigerians.. Only registered farmers should be allowed to carry guns for the sake of food security. And with a penalty of life imprisonment or hanging publicly if wrongly used.

The second sets of people that should be allowed to carry guns will be registered vigilante with the same penalty if wrongly used will be sentence to life imprisonment or hanged publicly.
