People could actually be presumed dead when in actual fact they are not. Case of respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest, severe hypothermia, catalepsy, locked in syndrome, anaesthetic effect, barbiturate/drug overdose can all mimick death.

It's possible some of this people had one of this condition and eventually came around. It could also be they were actually dead - brain stem dead, and miraculous came back alive.
We will never know because most of these cases were not investigated thoroughly to verify validity of their claims. We Christians accept it as true and unbelieving Thomases wave it off as fake or by chance.

Same thing happend 2000 yrs ago. We dont have enough details to explain exactly what happened.

If neither atheist or Christians can fully explain the resurrection stories( unfaked ones) we have today but choose a convenient side as a way out, then I wonder why atheist are so obsessed with a Resurrection story that happened 2000 yrs ago where there can hardly be any details to examine or scrutinise.

Whatever the case, those events did occur as recorded in the gospel. Nobody can say with certainty what actually happened because those events were never fully investigated as far as we aware just as today's resurrection claims continues uninvestigated.

My final exegesis on this case will be why other gospel authors didn't record the resurrection story.
