ekeson45:Police character is 3 months and it expires but your PCR will still be seen on the PCR portal of the Nigerian police. So expiring means after 3 months they don't know if u have committed any offence. Lol π. Well the reason people add this cert is to fast track your background check which comprises of criminal records of the applicant. If its optional as per review then you opt out but if you have funding its about 40/50k. 30k for the application non negotiable then 10k for the office biometric. |

MatrixReloaded: I already applied for deferment. He only told me to change school because of the increment in the school fees. He already made the payment to Trent, he said if I eventually go to Trent University, in case there's delay from Cape, then I'll pay additional 2k, to get enrolled by may. Cape Brenton is still open for business analytics in May, but someone here just said I may not be able to get the DLI changed before May. Please can I chat with you on Whatsapp? Just send me hi on Whatsapp boss 08028803020 |

GODISGREAT01:From my own understanding how deferment works, you request for it if you notice your study permit application is not forth coming, I also know that there is a stipulated time which the uni give to students waiting for there visa application to be out for deferment. For example you applied for Conestoga college around September 2023 for May 2024 intake and you got admitted and they will issue you an LOA and will indicate when you are meant to send a non-refundable 1500cdn first semester tution deposit usually 1 month(October 2023) so as to secure your spot for the program, then again your deposit will be confirmed and put on hold which they expect you to pay the full first semester in about 3-4 months(feb-march 2024). This is a case of someone that is yet to receive update from Ircc. Now inbtw these second payment your ppr drop you can decide to send the payment even before the deadline elapse. Remember if by this period you haven't gotten response from ircc, you must pay that second payment to avoid loosing the first payment. Now you have fully paid your first semester and waiting for ircc. And if by May 2024 your ppr is yet to drop, you will defer that admission say April 2024 to avoid loosing the first semester tution to the school. After deferment the school will accept your deferred letter and will allocate a new LOA for your choice of date say Sept 2024 or Jan 2025. This is how it works.... You can't enroll in any class or registration without a study permit which you will upload on your CAS portal of the university. Telegram @MatrixReloade 1 Like |

dehiero:You can bring your spouse to canada π¨π¦ with pgwp if you have a valid job offer on TEER ,0 1,2, 3 occupation, your spouse can apply for SOWP to join you in canada.. You can apply for PNP /PR in the province, depending on the province, some province may require you to have 6 months or 1 year work experience with pgwp before applying through PNP for PR.. PGWP cannot be extended..In the case where 1year work experience is required for PNP, with the 1year PGWP you may have run out of work permit by then even 6 months work experience all will depend when you start the job and some province will require continuous employment after 6months. And some province considers any occupation for PNP and some on Teer 0 1 2 3. You are still eligible for SOWP after previously getting PGWP... 2 Likes |

EG;, if i gets pgwp at the end of my studies and maybe unable to secure a stay at expiration of the pgwp and my wife goes to school over there immediately, will i be entitled to spousal work permit (considering my wife may have held the spousal work permit when i was studying) MatrixReloaded: 1 Like |

@ijeoma5555 You can't do a Masters in Canada with an HND. They require a Bachelor's degree for their Masters ... If you want to study in CANADA as an HND graduate, your only option is to apply for a POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATE (PG.CERT) program at a Canadian college in a Program related to your HND degree or your work experience (even if your work experience is not related to your HND degree). |

Thanks, I have seen the answer somewhere "A spouse of a PGWP holder can still apply for a SOWP provided that person was themselves not previously on a study permit" MatrixReloaded: |
