It's really a dicey one..

This fine minister seems to have broken "public code of conduct" if there is anything like that. sad

It is almost impossible to say the company didn't win that contract because of his influence..the mere mentioning of his name alone can influence the decision to award that contract to this company...hence, he has technically influenced that contract

He breaks nothing. Any ministry is free to use any skill set that enables them to achieve their goals. If anything based on his performance to date he is a good brand ambassador for any organisation that he has ever worked for.

Wailers need to continue to do what they do best. Na jealousy they do una.

He is a shareholder but not a director. Meaning that he has his share in any profit the company makes. If you don't get, forget it. These guys came to loot and nothing more.

With the present system we have, all politicians are thieves. And really...if you agree to work with Tinubu despite all the revelations out there, you are not morally well equiped. Likewise working with Obi Pandora and Atiku. How can you be morally clean and work wirh these ma.d people?

People, including this fellow shared billions meant for poverty alleviation claiming to have gone door to door to validate social register. Something we know the even never did, yet you are here defending this charlatan. We are talking of half a billion! Total shared to others 3b! Money shared for nothing. Most, including this one, paper companies without staff or offices.
How can you in all conscience defend who is stabbing you in your kidneys? Do your personally have millions and billions? No wonder these fellows don't care for inflation, do not mind that cars are now sold in tens of millions, no wonder they can buy houses of 500m 750m etc. They just seat and share billions! Then send 30k monthly to online worriors to defend and sing their praises.

How are we going to escape from the shackle of corruption in this country if we continue to fight or support the fight against corruption based on being biased. People love this man but we didn't put him in this. See as he's already confessing even when no one has mentioned his name. That should tell you that he's already seen the storm coming his way. We love the almost "impossible" job this man is doing. But saying that he doesn't pursue jobs/contracts for the company he founded just because he had resigned as director is a blatant lie and I'm sure that you didn't believe that for a second.

What an audacity to narrow the question we should be asking?

This is a classical case of conflict of interest.

He couldn't feign ignorance of not knowing or influencing the contract. As a shareholder, he will be a direct beneficiary of any profit made via the contract.

If we want Nigeria to be great, we need to raise the bar for these public servants.

The contract has the fingerprints of this dude all over it. He is culpable

He even brought the company resulting endorsing his resignation and the certified true copy of his CAC document accepting his removal as director of the company since 2019 to the program. So, what else are you looking for?

Chief, let's drop this. He's a Shareholder. A shareholder is very much aware and in the know.

The directors are also in the know that he is a minister. They should have avoided it and look for private contracts.

Hahahah.we will allow the minister stay for now to teach those that defended peter Obi lessons that he didn't do anything wrong for investing state cash in a private business he has interest in.
The coming days will be interesting.
But I like the way the Ojo man is turning things around in his ministry.
