Always rememberthis:

ProphetUtuocha:
My predictions for 2024:
- Oando will not delist. It will reposition and will appreciate by minimum 400% this year.
- Most banks, especially FUGAZE will outperform
- The Dangote stocks will underperform
- Many will pay school fees in the insurance sector
- Nigerian economy will start a crucial recovering process.
- Foreign investors will gradually return from 1st half of the year
- Nigeria's rating will go up as positive economic indicators ramp up.

See ehn, everything is a risk. Even surviving each day is a risk... talk less of stocks.

Let the brave and bold take the bull by the horn... grin

Agbalowomeri:

That's a recipe for disaster although many times it works. The one you sold and the one you are tempted to buy are all subject to ASI. Once bear show, all go follow irrespective of whether they performed during the bull market Lol

All the three are consistent Dividend paying stocks..
FIDELITY might in future strive to get it's place amidst Tier-1 bank........though a long journey but it's achievable...
UBA: Among the F.U.G.A.Z......so no doubt one of the good Dividend stocks....
AFRIPRUD: From some analysts writeups and some discussions from my ogas here........the future is looking bright....

Lol. Pls do your DD oo. grin
I may or may not be totally right....
Remember stocks don't move in a straight line........as a long termer you don't keep monitoring daily price fluctuations and be panicking......

Madam Mercy thank you once more .

Thanks for being a light bearer and good source of counsel.

Most of you are now behaving as if you don't remember Peter's style.
He would have cashed out at the end of December last year, keep his money safely and wait for a total crash of NSEM in order to pick the pieces thereafter.
Sorry, i meant Onifa, Dabidoracle. Not Peter.

You would need to request for a CSCS account from the help center. When it is created, your CHN which would be an account number linked to the specific broker you are using (Afrinvest).

At an average return on equity of 24%, using a Minimum required return of 20% to discount the Investment.

The average justified PE for the banks should be 9.5

Boss Madam!

Is FCMB still a viable option for short-term capital growth? Are there any stocks you would recommend for short-term capital appreciation? I am willing to take full responsibility for the results.

Thank you in advance for your response.

The things wey you suppose check for this kind company be these:

1. check the current share price for market
2. check the number of outstanding shares currently
3. check the total asset wey them get
4. check the total liability wey them get
5. remove the liability from the asset and see wetin e be
6. If na negative just run far away
7. if na positive, check how much each unit go dey entitled to if the company wan close shop forever, by dividing the figure by the number of outstanding shares
8. if the thing wey you get big pass the current share price by 2 times and above, e mean say the company cover you wella

Ellah lakes get plenty big lands and machineries wey cost well well. the lands value dey go up every year

their liability dey very small compare to asset

total shareholders' equity last time wey me i check na almost N20 Billion naira and the outstanding shares na 3Billion units

so if you divide this figures, the money wey each share holder go get per unit still big pass the share price.

every year the value of their land dey go up.

Na investors wey get corner corner eyes dey look am like this.

Abeg make u do ur own DD ooooooo
Now I gerrit.
Thank you
