Oliseh destroy the national team of Nigeria in 2015 with his near perfect perfectionist attitudes.....we lost all our best legs that should be playing till now.no wonder after his fights with enyeama, which enyeama left, we stil have problems in the goalkeeping area til now...

In football team, whether country or clubs. There are players are that way above and that's normal. How you manage them as a new coach is what is important. For me, he failed in that aspect.
You want to phase out certain players, you do it gradually and not on your first day because they will make your life a hell with failures.
