Thank God for the healing. Who would have taught that leg can later become like this again.

The only issue here now is that she needs to be careful of infections because this environment doesn't look clean.
Pls can you explain to me how the environment doesn't look clean from those pictures.

When it comes to anything wound, one need to be extra careful so as to prevent infection.

Can't you see that she's placing the leg on ordinary concrete floor. That alone can even lead to further infection

Thank God for her healing, I also thank those people God use for her. In addition to whatever she is using, let her pluck 14 leaves of bitter leaves before 6am, let her take 7 out of it before Sunrise and 7 after Sunset. Let her continue using it to reduce the swollen legs.

So after my sister insisted that she would not go to the hospital to avoid amputation, we decided to respect her choice and allow her continue with the traditional medicine.
This is the state of her leg two years later.
Allahu Akbar, God indeed is the greatest..

Hard to believe that no medical intervention was carried out because the recovery is near excellent save for the swelling still present..

I expected that at least some plastic surgery would have been done but if that isnt the case, your sister should seriously consider sharing with the medical community all that she did for a considerable fee of course.

A case report is truly in order here. Very impressive

Do i detect sarcasm?

Well, to answer your question, if relegated to the 'village archives', millions around the world will be deprived of this novel non-medical intervention and that will be a damn shame.

cheesy You forgot the skin cells that must have worked overtime. I am truly impressed that this was achieved via non-medical means.

Oga abeg rest. Can't you see the difference from when she started treatment? Is it your infection knowledge that brought her treatment or healing? Just appreciate the healing. it is the same place she was treated.

Sometimes it's good to listen to one's gut. If your sister had read the comments in the initial thread, she would've been discouraged from this her decision.

Thank God that she's healing.
And thanks to you and your family for abiding with her decision to follow her instincts.

My choice of words may not potray what i mearnt, I mean, the people should start documenting their sciecne, because its has been shown to be useful until the medical community can catch up with such knowledge.

I think it was through an african slave, that the white knew how to use vaccines.

I hope they dont lose this knowledge.

Congratulations on your sisters progress.

The first picture was really graphic and most doctors would have recommended amputation.

From little I can see, she probably had or still has lymphatic filiariasis / elephantiasis. Those small maggots were eating up the dead flesh hence the fresh pink flesh. If the wound was gangrenous = green... she would have died within the month of the first post.

Google " maggot debridement therapy" too graphic to post. shocked

You never gave up.. Congratulations 🫡
