This Meristem seems not to be working both app and web, very useless brokerage company, the only thing they know how to do perfectly is charging commissions.

Imagine the new features, none is working.

Very useless set of people, can someone tell me how to move my portfolio from them pls..am fed up with their poor services despite high charges..

I guess it is the oga at the top that always have issues with Meri, to me they are proactive and even attend to issues on weekends irrespective of the time either day or night. They are 24/7 active.

That is your experience, I had a bitter a experience with them, Imagine I submitted a form to them to change my mode of receiving my proceeds since two weeks ago, up till now, no changes. And countless of encounters like that, can u now tell me it's because of their fees.
I don't have problems with that but I have problem with not getting value for my money.

I assume you are referring to "direct settlement". The process is not completed by your broker. The form is submitted to CSCS for processing. Unless you have proof that Meristem is yet to take action (review and forward your request to CSCS), you just might be unjustly accusing them.

If your request is already sitting with CSCS, there's nothing they can do other than chase them up on your behalf.

Bros, that is a DCS issue, which is handled by CSCS and not your stockbroker.

I think you just have to double check to be sure its linked. I checked sometime last week after a reminder text came in only to be told that it was not linked. I was very shocked!
