U20 FIFA WWCQ 2024
Nigeria 1-0 Burundi
(Agg 2-0)
Esther Ajakaye scores (79')

Nigeria is the first African team to qualify for the 11th U20 FIFA WWC edition in Columbia. Congratulations to the Super Falconets. Alot of work and friendlies are needed to reshape this team. New quality players must be brought in.

Goodness Osigwe is better than everyone on this pitch. This coach and favouritism

Christopher Danjuma's connection in the NFF is so strong. I don't see any real improvement he brings to his age grade sides and he's been around for a long time now.

This team in my opinion should be rejigged before the World Cup.

True Boss
The attackers are poor. Alot of work must be done before the world cup in Columbia. Chris Danjuma needs to source for quality players who can deliver. We should also get foreign pros

Congratulations to the Super Falconets for qualifying for the 11th U20 WWC.

Can't this girl be introduced to Chris Danjuma? May be he doesn't know her capabilities

Danjuma wha be like Shareholder for the NFF, even with his previous poor records with the U20 and the SuperFalcons he still manages to get the job..

To me he’s the worstest U20 coach ever with the caliber of players available.. Have never been impressed with his coaching style.! Peter Dedevbo who finished 2nd in 2014 World Cup edition and later in 2016 eliminated on the group stage on goal difference was a better Coach..

Edwin Okon is also better..

Maybe they will need to convert Asisat Oshoala, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Ajibade, Tony Payne to U20 for him to use … maybe he will deliver.

Last 3 Falconets set have been super poor with cross and nod. That aspect needs thorough drills and focus. At this developmental stage, they should be doing the basics with burying cross now. 🥴

They better find better legs.

Jennifer Onyi Echiegini scores her first goal for Juventus to give them the lead and potentially a win.

She scores 11 minutes after she was subbed in.

Two Nigerians in the top ten positions for Goalkeepers and Strikers.
That is commendable and congrats to Nnadozie and Oshoala.
