I know several people that leave in a room and from thr to their own house.

This room is even too beautiful in case of some people.

The most important is the character, today's income and his goals

I think the biggest problem we have as a people is trying to force ourselves into other people's standard.

Understand your level and use a template that suit your level and you'll achieve the same level of happiness with those with big pockets. Ladies also need to understand this.

Thus arrangement is suitable for a single man, she visits and spend few days then go back
When it’s time to settle for you definitely have to look for somewhere bit bigger for comfort, and convenience

Migrate to a Mini flat to accommodate her and her gigantic load of shoes, clothes, bags and baggages.

When children start coming, migrate to 2 bedroom.

When they start growing, (5yrs and above) migrate to a 3 bedroom apartment or to your own house.

While growing up I had friends who live in a single room with their parents jus a curtain to do the demacation in the room..they eventually grew up in that one room even the parents had more children in that single room and all their children slept on the floor either cold or hot jus a mat to lie on....when God started blessing the children they moved their parents to a better place.

What I gotta understand is in life ehn if God no bless you but knows your toil e fit still use your children bless you!

Please let's stop glorifying irresponsible parenting.

If you are starting life in one room, then you adjust your responsibilities accordingly. This is primarily the number of children you have.

Tou would be able to train them properly with the little you have and ensure that you don't create a generational problem of poverty by expecting children not standing properly to fund for their younger ones.

If you haven't built a house before your children finishes school, don't bother building more than a bungalow. Maybe 2 bedroom self

Divert the rest into building commercial properties that can take care of you in old age.

Building big/large houses should be because you want to raise your children in it, anything else is more of selfishness and shortsightedness
