Pls does anyone know how long it takes for the Ceac status to move from Approved to Issued.

It depends on the workload at the embassy and cases are different,some people get their visa approved and issued within couple of days or weeks while some cases may go through more scrutiny or investigations which will cause more delay. This is a process no one can change, just be patient and wait to hear from the embassy.

If you are still looking for available dates for interview, check now. seem dates are available in the last 20-30 minutes ( saw this on a facebook group i check).

Please I have a concern.

Our case has been approved since 28 November of 2023. We received a welcome letter(K1-FTP)from NVC which contained our case number and the location of the Embassy for the interview on the 3rd of January 2024. On the 5th of January, we checked the CEAC website and the case was ready. We waited for 2 weeks for any additional information from the Embassy but we didn’t receive any. We went ahead and paid our Visa fee, filled and submitted the DS-160 form. Now, I’ve contacted the embassy because I can’t seem to find any interview slot on the CGI website and they told me I should wait for the embassy to send me a packet that contains instructions from the embassy before picking an interview date.

Please, I’m confused. Is there any step that I’m missing. I need advice urgently.

On your cgi, that part it says have you received the instructions or whatever from the embassy to continue and pick a date for your interview, just click YES. Then wait for the embassy to reach out to you to pick a date whenever they release dates for new batch.
Check your email from time to time, join WhatsApp group for ppl waiting on dates.

Did anyone do their interview on the 11th of Jan and was approved by the interviewer and has gotten their passport or a message from dhl?

when you finally see your case is issued and printed, check the other site you made use of for tracking your documents. if it shows out for delivery,that means you will go to their office for pickup,they dont send it out to you. you have to go and pick it up yourself. I hope this help bro
