Politics is about scoring cheap political points. You have to earn points enough to win election whether in a criminal way like the current rulers of Nigeria or in a genuine and dignified manner that Obi is doing.
What is the point here to score. A story that made national news, trended all over regarding the kidnap of a man and his beautiful daughters and murder of one in the coven of criminals did not make APC responsible enough to send even if it is one Minister to sympathize with the family. Obi has decided that to show empathy at least to score a point that true leadership should show empathy. Can this kind of high crime be committed in America and the President not make a statement to the family? When you Nigerians have reduced the level of what you expect from your leaders, your leaders treat you like animals.
