Most other climes, they fear increasing prices so the business will absorb the loss until they can’t anymore or look for how to cut down other costs but contrary to popular belief Nigeria is not really a competitive environment and consumers are very docile. They complain but they will pay, if they don’t buy someone else will buy. . So if you have capital in Nigeria and can’t make money something is wrong with you.

Your money is not enough to relocate you to any developed country. Why don’t you just look for an African country where you think whatever skills you have can help you that is better than Nigeria. That 5m now on average will pay for maybe 4 months rent in an average European country. That is if you can survive without food and other basic needs. If you need to eat and move around and do other stuff you will probably survive for two months on that 5m and then you will start thinking of how to return to nigeria or whatever you choose to think.

There's hardly any difference in rent money between one, two and three bedrooms. The difference is only in the location area.
