Bosses in the house, I am looking to buy Xiaomi mi 11 lite 5G considering my proposed budget of 160k or 165k.

pls is it a good buy considering the new hike in phone prices or there a much better phone with even better specs. thanks

Note: the major reason I am going for the mi 11 lite is the chipset, memory and the little flagship status at least.

I am looking to buying same phone, how often does it happen and have you made any major update?
the phone is very good and reliable,
I just noticed the overheating this January,
Maybe it's because of the new update that's awaiting, apart from the minor overheating issue, the phone is superb.

Your battery is bad. Change it before it affects your charging board.

Hello Good people here. Please I need your help in locking bootloader for xiaomi note 13.
I am not so phone savvy but I ordered this phone on Ebay and I can't setup my banking apps—says that it's is jailbroken.

I made some further research and found out that the boot loader is unlocked in developer options. I assume if I can lock this, things will be back to normal.

I tired to check tutorials for this on YouTube but they have not been very helpful—either they are way advanced or geared towards an Indian audience and I don't want to brick the phone while poking through things I do not know . Please house, how do I proceed with my situation

Thank you!

Unlocking bootloader won't help your cause. If you are using HyperOS then it is one of the cause. It should be fixed soon

How did it come unlocked? Did you buy a Chinese Version with a flashed ROM?

Very most likely,

I am sure it's shop ROM also,

Because the Xiaomi note 13 global version was just launched

This is a Chinese Version.

Next time don't be too in a hurry to buy the latest versions especially when a Global Version is yet to be released.

Since your bootloader is unlocked you first have to ensure you install an Original Global ROM before locking the bootloader.

OK. Don't know much about phones but it was more affordable than high end Samsung phone phones I came across on ebay not that I had a particular craze for it.

In about phone, it shows a global ROM so I'm guessing that part is done. Please, how do I proceed with locking the bootloader. Thanks

The global ROM may not be original o. There are fake ROMs sellers ship out with Chinese phones and call them global ROM.

This is an old practice longer than 6 years.

I am having the same system UI closing on note 9 pro, not only system UI, something data force closing.

I noticed the system UI issues usually go away for some time if I change themes that are compatible or clear the storage of system UI app, it will reset your wallpapers and all your screen settings.
In all it was a great device till the real owners observed it.
I am in a search for an affordable worthy replacement to get by next week.

I feel you bro. Funny enough it just randomly rebooted and reset ally settings to default.
Also looking to get a new device soon. I'm going for Samsung this time
