You should forget about the tribe. It has nothing to do with what is happening.

For over 5 decades, you have lived with the illusion that fuel is cheap. The illusion is breaking, and we are seeing what other African countries are seeing...that fuel is expensive. Very much so.

Tinubu is trying so hard to maintain the illusion. But as you can see cracks are appearing

It is time we all accepted fuel was never cheap in the first place. Maintaining the illusion has cost us billions of naira and four refineres.
be calming down , the fuel is freely given in the ground by the universe. It should be cheap. It’s free product given by YAH πŸ‘€

You didn't provide any evidence to show the FG is subsidizing fuel.
Stop playing the fool

Just explain the novel way FG is about to keep fuel price stable without subsidy despite the falling naira

Lagos must be the obodo oyibo of those people I swear

They claim to build lagos but to repeat the same feat in ekiti, osun, Ondo, ogun dey hard them. Reach ogun make you see mud houses for rent

When the FG was paying for subsidy, there was an evidence, Tinubu Government has not paid #1 in subsidy. I'm right till you provide evidence to prove me wrong.
What was the evidence when FG was passing subsidy

Fuel should be above N1000 if not more by now. Government is paying a subsidy, that is why it is not at that level.

But as you can see, the illusion is cracking.

Please stop this rubbish you are typing ....you just keep repeating this nonsense as if you know one thing you are saying.

Simple.NNPC Is having difficulty maintaining fuel at the usual price. So, either they increase prices, especially now that the dollar has fallen, or they keep on pretending.

I think NNPLC belongs to Nigeria and we use what we have to survive and live for tomorrow. If the worst comes to worst, we sell NNPLC to keep life, body, and soul together.

You rant like a kindergarten, what did you gain if Peter did not smell aso rock,is your Tinubu doing well as a president for the past eight months

Does the current economic hardship knows religion and ethnicity.

You are among those that voted incompetence and mediocrity and you are bent on foolishly supporting it using the hate of the Igbos as a shield.

I do not know your tribe, but you smarks like a Yoruba street urchin being paid stipends to support hardship and suffering metted on Nigerians by your adopted daddy

The country is drowning gradually, very soon there will be nothing to hold on to and you and your family will drown along with it as well.

Landing cost at October 2023 was N720 per liter

Cost of fuel was between N580-700 per liter across the country same time. Still is.

Landing cost is still rising, then throw in depreciation of naira vs dollar.

At the end, fuel should be above N1000 by now. Or, optimistically spoken..N800-900.

Oga now did u arrive at your landing cos, abeg give us breakdown

NNPCL is the sole importer of petrol, and almost every marketer buy from them.

NNPC sells crude oil to UK and Italy and France even though local demand has not been met and then imports crude oil/refined petroleum. This is called colomentality

It is expected, the rate of the dollar to the naira is used by fuel importers as a benchmark in fuel importation.

So as the dollar is soaring high against the naira, there is bound to be increase in the pump price of petrol

The prices of other goods are already affected by the price of the dollar why not petrol

I think tinubu is a Lagosian since we can't prove otherwise.
I think the madam Tinubu who was a slave merchant from egba land was among the richest and powerful women on Lagos island.
Tinubu mother use to be her servant.
I heard her younger brother was the one who impregnated Tinubu's mother or so.
Maybe that's why he don't bear same name with his siblings from mother side but he's somehow closer to them.
