Rip to the deceased.

Yesterday's match was not for the faint hearted true true. At a point I noticed my heart was beating sporadically, I quickly excused myself for some minute to calm down.

Ko easy at all

So sad. The pressure last night was much but one could have decided not to watch the match though.

May God grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.

RIP to him.

Pls once you notice yourself unusually tensed up watching S/Eagles, just switch to Cartoon Network or comedy, etc.

After the match, you can comfortably relax with a bottle of wine & watch the replay.

You are spot on. Like me, immediately SA equalised, I changed the Channel to music channel straight. I'm too young to have BP

Fawk! na tension kill am so.

The tension reveals subconsciously how the people hold this country close to their heart.

The tension was strong yesterday.

Na only for football them dey hold the country for heart?
The cabals has looted the nation into recession while the masses are starving e no touch them.
Boko haram and other bandits nationwide are killing and kidnapping citizens for ransom they no show any concern for love of country.
Anyway my condolences to his family and may his football loving soul rest in peace.

It has everything to do with it.

Many men above 40 have high BP and they are not even aware of it.

Just a little spike and they are gone.

I don't watch Nigeria matches live cos I can mistakenly break the TV out of tension.

See what I wrote yesterday during the match. (ignore the updated scores.. This was before South Africa scored back)
Oga he died. Lets leave it at that. Even if he had high BP, he was a trained medical doctor and there is no how he wouldn't have been on medication. Some people have died just due to anxiety without having any prior medical condition. Na only God almighty understand this human body.
