It's better for me to stay in champion brewery which the minority shareholders are being listened to.At least Akwa ibom Govt is for the interest of minority shareholders.

If oando case is like that of champion where Raysun Nig Ltd upon having 86% of the shares has no final decision, oando would have buy out the minority shareholders by force.

Wale self doesn't have up to 50% of oando shares yet he takes all decisions.

Why should you answer oando shareholder when you don't have mouth in the company?

It is very myopic and childish to use what you see on this platform to assess people's investment profile. How do you know someone's whole future it tied to one stocks, just because of discussion on a forum?.
Some of us have been trading and investing in the market for more than 20 years, and have witnessed and experienced several ups and downs. What you typed shows you lack maturity in the things of the stocks market!

Some real traders and investors don't even make comments on this platform. They only come online to read peoples' posts. Someone like me only make comments on Oando because it has been topical and controversial with new developments always evolving. I have been trading and investing for more than 20 years, but you would not see my posts here. And I have been on NL for long.
So open your sense and reason beyond what you read here on NL so you can be more circumspect and measured in what you type while hiding behind the facelessness of this platform.
I will ignore u today.Next time post and say I am spreading fake narratives about oando. Then u will show me the sense in your 100 yrs in this market....lol

I don't even get the results coming out this year from companies. Are all the results un audited. Why am I not seeing dividend declaration. U cap use to take the lead in this aspect.

My brother,I can never trade on oando again except Wale is removed as the CEO.
Why should you trade on a stock one person controls?
No one has mouth to say anything even the regulatory bodies.

After reading some posts of our members yesterday,I decided to walk away.

Go and Appease the gods you no gree now see as Wale don do you strong thing.

Well like we said earlier OANDO will go PLACES but not on a platter of Gold.

Some of us saw the HAND WRITING on the wall and carry our KAYA @#15.15 junction and quickly alerted BARGAIN HUNTERS to take cover.

We will reposition few days to their court case on April 17th 2024 by they will definitely dig up one positive news that cause another rally

For now we are on our ARMCHAIR observing and ENJOYING our LOOTS.

You'll notice announcements of BM on the board. It is at this meeting that the UFS will be approved and released.
Until then, we wait... grin

Aside stocks can you get bonds from Morgan? What is their commission, is it still 0.5%? Are they still charging ₦‎2,500 for yearly use of trading software?
- Yes......but they'll be the one to purchase for you.
- It's still 0.5% brokerage fee
- Not sure about the annual N2,500 again.

Sometimes these things are very simple to predict. You see OANDO, it must touch N16 before April court case. Shareholders will try to make sure that the three months price before delisting is in the bag. So you don't have to sell at loss, except you can't afford to wait.

Again, why sell your NASCON or Dangote Sugar when the destination is almost known except you need the cash. Some of these things are just easy!

I sold most of my banking stocks to enter Nascon. Let me just wait there. I pray to get more transcorp on lower prices. May they unbundle in our favour.

It's normal. For companies that submitted unaudited results a month after the end of the fourth quarter, they have till 31st of March to submit their audited results while companies that didn't submit unaudited have two months ie by the end of February to submit their audited results.
However, a company can be in the league of Early Filers like Geregu and submit audited results much earlier than those deadlines.

Atimes, these claimed need to be supported by redacted contract note. Otherwise, the attempt to claim mastery of market direction is really needless

That is the difference between getting your 19% now or getting it at maturity in a years time.

If you get it now, your true yield is 23.4%
