For France and Italy, I don't think they offer Job seekers Visa. This means that you may only get their documents through other means, such as, getting married to a resident or citizen, or having children with a resident or citizen. I don't know if the 2 countries allow one to work after study.
But, working in France within the lowest paid jobs can fetch you between €1,600-€2,000 after tax.

While in Portugal, you are entitled to have your PR after 5 years, and citizenship after a year later, but your income ranges between €850-€1,300 depending on your skill and if you work extra days.

ok but how do one get and pay for cheap accommodation? I've seen people get scammed.

I had my appointment at VFS Global Abuja JAnuary 30, 2024 and received DHL courier February 7.
Reason: Doubts about the intentions and objectives of stay. They say I can appeal
What is the appeal process. I have 10 days.
House kindly advise.

Note: I had previous Portugal Schengen visa of 36 days I did not use last year because I changed jobs

Does unskilled jobs like receptionist and other vocational jobs count as jobs that can be used to get work permit, after the expiration of the six months visa?

sorry about this. But please don't give up. I watched a YouTube video where the lady said she was refused but advised to appeal and she's now there.
Did you explain why you did not use the visa you were issued ? Come up with a tangible reason plus evidence of your reason In your appeal
Also include ALL the documents you have. Including photocopies of certifications, diploma. Degree e.t.c
Did you attach a letter or statement of purpose? Do it in your appeal
Explain properly why you would want to go ro portugal to look for job? Explain why you love portugal? Explain the experience and qualifications you are bringing to the table
Don't give up. You will share the good news by the Grace of God
Google the appeal process.

Yes I am appealing the decision and including everything I have. I was given 15 days to appeal I will send in my appeal before Thursday
