Current rate of inflation alone isn't a sufficient basis to decide the most expensive states to live in.

Why? To say 100% shows that you're biased. But then, what are/is your reason(s) for disagreeing? Nigerians sef!
Rivers not on the list, do you even ask how much is house rent in Maiduguri compare to kogi and Osun? Have you ever been to other states to survey before you conclude?

Fake headline.
It is top 10 states by inflation rate.
The prices of goods were not directly compared but inflation rate.

chief like you know statistics.what usually confuse me is this for example they gave inflation rate result of 35% .the previous month and the next month.does it mean if price of a cup of garri was say 100naira the previous month the inflation was 35% ,same cup of garri will now be 135naira because of the month new inflation rate. Thanks in advance

I'm from Akwa ibom.
AKWA IBOM is only big on paper and on the internet.
Nothing is working here, apart from worship centers, big hotels, beautiful stadiums and 10 lanes roads, human capital development here is zero, unemployment is very high, and the government is doing nothing about it.
But you will see ignorant Akwa ibomites bragging about having the best worship centers, stadiums and hotel in Nigeria.
You can quote me and insult me, but I must let people know this bitter truth.

I guess this is why the state produces the largest number of domestic servants in the country, while their albino "pastor" of a governor declares happy hour on Fridays

They should have said states with the highest rate of inflation as shown by the data. Not most expensive.

I have a question: Why is the Christian South always more expensive than the Muslim North?

So the entire north is filed with Muslim and the whole south filled with Christians.
