Please my husband's passport is still not here, we have received ours.

He submitted a new passport, different from the one he applied with as the old one would expire in October.

I logged in now to track his application status and I see they have details of the old one, can this affect anything or do we need to send a web form? How do we do this? Can we resend the old passport?

Also, his eligibility is completed, background check is completed.

But passport is not sent back yet. This is our second week.

Please anyone who submitted their application on the 19th of December 2023 and has gotten any notification on their application yet? We applied since then and till now , no update , just biometrics completed and this is because we are second time applicants. Sent a webform but it has not yet reflected on the application and no response . The wait is really frustrating

Hello guys, I recently completed and passed my medicals on 20th February, I also received the request to pay the RPRF which I have paid as well on 8th February . Does anybody have an idea how long it might take to get the passport request? I applied to the Home Child care Provider scheme

I applied for my family on December 30th, 2023, and my spouse biometrics were done on 5th January, 2024. You are not alone.

Eligibility started dec 14th additional document sent to them dec 15th still waiting for reply.

Yes, 95% if there is no concern with the medicals
