You this ignoramus, will you shut that thing ? I don't have to become an ass licker to any politician to say the truth.
Are you in Akwa Ibom? All the things that I am telling you for free are verifiable so why not behave like a human being and do justice to them before running amok like a headless chicken.

But I live in Akwa Ibom so I know what's going on here first hand.

Hahaha. No be competition na.
I have friends from both places and they share similar characteristics if I am being sincere.

You are correct, an Efik man prefer to die wretched in his Calabar home than to do a menial job elsewhere, Ibibios can do whatever legitimately to survive anywhere, they're go-getters, you can easily come across an Ibibio man in strange places than an Efik man.

So many ppl no get sense
Are the ppl of the state equal this childish development. Most of the ppl dey for lagos dey ashawo or house girl while the guys dey sale charger.
All the highrise buildings no reach 8 you dey claim beautiful city.
If ppl in ajeromi and ojo enter that place ,all the fine chair for street go spoil in 3weeks.
How many we don catch dey steal for lekki phase 1.
Set deceive your self. How many ppl dey the capital. You dey compare Namibia with Delhi.
pain na you be that?
See this thing wey him papa na oshodi agbero for daytime and ritualist cum kidnapper for night while him mama and sisters na cheap toilet for Allen and popular California night club wey dey Ikorodu.
U don chop and baff this night? When agbero talk u go no am.

I recommend that the Government of Akwa Ibom considers transforming UYO into an Information Technology hub. The state possesses the necessary capacity for such a development. Converting the large cathedral into a substantial IT Center could foster indigenous participation in the IT sector, addressing the current scarcity of companies in the region.
Very smart suggestion

Abi, na their lazy men, especially the married men that wake up very early in the morning to go and start gambling in a bet shop, their women dey try small sha, most of them are into tailoring or POS business, and the youth na cultism dem dey like pass,
they can't even boast of 12 hours electricity.

Na Nysc carry me come here, I have always wanted to visit Akwa ibom state and see how it looks like based on what I always see on internet.
Nothing dey here na typical village be this, with bunch of lazy people.

Uyo Akwa Ibom government dey try for structures and basic amenities but the people i dont know why always on menial small small gate men cleaners and house help Jobs

Since that stadium i noticed them for good state internal facilities
cuz you don't expect everyone to become ritualists, armed robbers, frausters, prostitutes, baby factory managers, kidnappers, human traffickers, drug pushers, thieves, 419, terrorists, cannibals, fake product sellers, one chance operators, criminals who are captured, locked up and slaughtered like chickens gloabally.
Akwa Ibom believes in dignity in labour while you people believe in dignity in criminality.
We didn't choose to share a country with a people who glorify and honour hardened criminals in the society.
Re: Beautiful Pictures From Uyo by poseidon12: 12:48am On Mar 03
That's impressive.
Re: Beautiful Pictures From Uyo by NigeriaIsDoomed: 1:01am On Mar 03
What have you achieved with your proceeds of criminality? You can't even take care of your filthy, barren, gully erosion and red mud environments so that it can attract others, you are all running away from your land of cannibals to other places that are developing.
Remain in your smelly villages and don't come to Akwa Ibom to disturb us if you can't behave like humans.

Armaggedon:
isn't this thing you posted a semi-village?

Check the images below. The first image is Afikpo
While the last two are Abakiliki.

All of them are better what you posted as Uyo, the age-long capital city of a major oil state.
Invest in your people instead of cheap publicity.

The non sense you posted there is joke to yourself and whatever you posted is NOT better than Uyo. The dumbness in your post is embarrassing the good people of Ebonyi. Wetin you drink sef to come and be comparing those with uyo, Oboy Park well! I am an igbo man so understand that you are being called out for reals no tribalism involved.

OP keep the images coming those of us igbos who can afford it are seriously looking at how to add akwa ibom into our investment portfolio. In 2020 I almost bought a a few crude oil storage units in Akwaibom for 800 Million. I backed out in the dead end. I got a cold feet for no reason and I was right, the value of the investment then, and what I stood to collect in naira would have been an absolute joke now thanks to decline of the naira.

However it has been my lifelong dream to site endless skyscrapers as tourism corner on that ibeno beach, There isnt a more beautiful coastline in a friendlier territory for an igboman to situate such a property. Once we start, na to over promote the place to Hippy tourist and cut deals with airlines for cheap flights. For me the access to finance is there, the will is there, we are just waiting for Nigeria to emancipate. Im still young, we have time. For now we are in more stable tourist areas in South Asia, EU and south america. But everytime i see pictures of Akwa ibom what i say to myself, Soon, someday, we dey come!

Some of them haven'tbeen to Uyo/Akwa Ibom but rely on internet pictures to blabb.
Uyo has even develop past what they are seeing.
Recently, I was opportune to visit Mbiere ebe Obio for the first and I couldn't believe what my eyes saw.
Uyo/Akwa is not yet there but is moving forward.
Let them taunt us as they like we will always move forward.
it’s jealousy that make some people say that or ignorant UYO is my state capital even though I spend all my life in my mom town ondo but I go home once in three yrs whenever I visit uyo I open my mouth and hard for me to close UYO is boss on her own
