Love, Purpose and meaning.
Love for yourself and who you cares about, your goals and aspirations, and finding fulfilment and happiness in everything. It's more of a question than answer. It's up to each individual to find their own unique balance. There's no one-size-fits-all answer.

We were all born into the existence of reality in our physical consciousness.
By the modification of our minds and character which we acquired through training, we interact with the spiritual, human and the material resources of the earth as we try to modify the earth to our own comfort. But in comfort we find vanity as the body returns to the earth with nothing.
Your activities on earth would decide whether or not you will evolve into a spiritual existence after death.
I'm just making mouth....I don't know if anyone finds any sense in what I've just said?

Do not listen to him. He is trying to mislead you into hell. That is not the purpose of life. There is another life that is forever and ever and ever after death. We must live a purposeful life so that we do not fall to the left path after death and we go on to live forever and ever and ever. The purpose of life is much but to become the visible expression of the invincible God is the first purpose of life. The next one is for us to learn about God, His ways and His deeds and to become vessels worthy of God's divine kingdom
do you have any proof to back this up or you just read it from a book that was fabricated by people who also are like you with no proof?

God created life for a purpose. And He created human in His likeness, instructed man to be fruitful, multiply and subdue d earth. When we do our best to live according to God's purpose,we will see life is worth living.. If u just want to live and die, then you are not living according to God's purpose.
