Oya, go and cook it let's chop. I'm waiting. 🍽️

Although, I don't like chikki like that like that sha, but I'll just manage it, since we're in Tinubulation.
One shouldn't be picky in this era.
Chikki is not my first choice either but when I was told the price of a cartoon of indomie when I wanted to buy it, I have to find love in Chikki. Even the Chikki now is no longer affordable.
Just dish a plate of food for me when you cook moving forward, I've left the kitchen for you people abeg😩

Hahahahahahaha

Oya bring fork, let's manage this one. 😀
It's Indomie onion chicken, plus I added fresh pepper for more flavour.
You can have the egg. I don't like really like boiled eggs with noodles that much. 😄

I am not a chef. Cooking isn't restricted to any gender. Different people love cooking for various reasons.

Prior to COVID-19, I only cook our local delicacies. Covid came and I found this thread. Seeing the many things our people do coupled with me falling in love with Food Show Network, I started pushing my boundaries. I can boldly say I'm getting much better each day.
you bake bro ... Now that right there had me thinking, this brother has to be a chef or a female ...

You might not be a chef professionally but might be one at heart...

I was down until cashews... can't do nuts in food. I'll tear up a bottle of cashews but the texture in food throws me off. Looks good but that's all you grin

It's from the north. spicy seasoned beef or chicken that is pounded then dried. It's kind of like jerky floss

That's not a salad. That's just odd bits and bobs that you threw together on a plate. It's looks really nice and I bet it was delicious... but it's not a salad.

I've been craving pounded yam and okro soup and said I must make them tonight. It's not everyday salmon and shrimps.

Pounded Yam & Okro soup (with tripes, beef & chicken). So hearty and filling.
Wow

Its called beef floss or chicken floss in English
This is beef floss tho, its made by cooking meat until tender, pound it and use your hand to separate it into thin pieces. It is then fried with a little oil and atimes no oil. If youre to fry it with oil, youll have to add seasonings and spices to the oil before you add the already pounded beef or chicken, some people dont add seasonings when frying cuz they've already added it during the cooking. You'll fry it until its dried and crispy. Shikenan!

There are of two types sha, there's the one that looks like thread(just like mine), and the one that looks like cotton wool and it feels like cotton candy in the mouth.

You can eat it like that, with bread or even use it to make snacks like meat pie.
