So guys please help me clear some things.
I didn't know Germany takes around 18 month before calling people for interview. Immediately I saw my admission letter in April, I applied for visa. When applying, I was asked when will I start school which I stated October 2023. It was after everything I knew I was in for a long thing.
We did started around that October, I have enrolled and did a course online in my school and written the exam. I have also paid for Summer semester fee.
Now I have applied to another school for Winter 2024 and gotten it. Now, should I forfeit the one I started last year and go with this new one when I am finally invited for interview?. Won't there be discrepancy in the year I stated I will be starting school or it doesn't matter?
Please people that already have the experience should advice me on what to do before I use my hand and do myself.

Good evening all, please is it possible for a family friend who is a Deutschland citizen (white) to do the SL for a Nigerian? Also is it possible if the person is in different state from where the Nigerian will school. I look forward to your responses. Thank you.

Anybody can do SL for you so long as they qualify and where they reside in Deutschland doesnt matter too. SL is used all over Germany

My advice is to Block when you get appointment date. You can open online on Expatrio or Fintiba. However keep your funds in foreign currency due to Naira Fluktuation.

If you get admission and Enrolment you should be allowed. You can research more online on these things. Sites like 'makeitingermany' and 'i am an expat' have articles on them

Just like saying over 3000 students fighting and scrambling for just 200 students visas....

And these Embassies per country have yearly target of visas/slots they were instructed to give out by their own country

So the waka has totally turned to a Try your Luck venture like the USA visas package.

Please make and have a plan B .....or some people would have eternal regrets for waiting and depending totally for a german students visa

The Rich knows the value of TIME that's why they always try to Buy TIME with their money...

TIME lost in life can never be regained

While the poor prefers waiting, hoping and waiting until tins works in their favour.

We should always learn to be truthful ourselves for our own good and try to read the handwriting on the wall and not be sentimental about the harsh reality

Don't just stay and wait .....MAKE A MOVE NOW!!!!!!

Hi Everyone,

It's great to see that the thread and community are still active since 2013, when I first joined before moving to DE in 2014.

I have a question regarding my sister's situation. She was admitted to Jena in 2022, but due to the backlog at the consulate in Lagos, she couldn't make it here on time for her matriculation, and the school refused to defer her admission.

Just this week, the consulate sent her an appointment for the second week of April, but currently, she doesn't have any admission. She's currently trying to apply to some schools, but I doubt schools will be able to process applications and send feedback before the interview date.

Does anyone here have a similar experience or know someone who has faced a similar situation? How did they handle it? If you have any recommendations on how to handle the situation, please share your tips.

thank you very much in advance.

Sincerely,

Cindino

Re: General-german-student-visa-enquiries Part 8 by Radianceprince(m): 12:14pm On Mar 19
Get her a language school admission that states she will do it from A1-C1 for DSH exam. She can use it for her visa when she come here she will change when she gets admission or after she gets b1/b1 proficiency she can start ausbildung. There is one school that is tested and trusted I can recommend. Are u in Nrw.
