It’s an insult to mention Desire Oparanozie U20 set in this case cause her the two set she played for 2010 won Silver, 2012 finished 4th!!!

Maybe you can compare them with 2016, 2018 and 2022 set..
but at least u do agree that the team needs improvement.

I am sure People who play FM can do better tactical management than those 2 clowns. See the huge gap between Midfield and Attack. When we hoof the ball upfront, 4 Ghanaian Players are crowding just the 1 Nigerian attacker, yet there's nobody in sight to win the second balls 🤦‍♂️

Omilana Started time-wasting right from minute 24. Never occurred to that Bozo to encourage the team to get a second and wrap the game up.
That Omilana’s time wasting at that stage of the match was sickening, it shows the level of coaching this girls are getting. They are poorly coached

Someone will still come here and hype Faith Omilana ooo… Anderline Mgechi no even reach 3rd choice sef… Maybe she and Faith fit battle for the 3rd choice..
They should go and look for 1st and 2nd choice goalkeepers!

Anderline is still better than Faith. But both of them are just timid, don't communicate with their defenders and no 'Command" about them Whatsoever. At least Anderline can still come out for crosses, can kick and throw a ball....It just appears that she lacks confidence, at least to me.

Faith treats the ball like hot potato....Someone that positions and flattens her arms and wrists in a supine position when catching a ball close to her body. It's been 2 years and she still hasn't learnt how to take goal kicks or at least even improved one bit. The same BS she was doing in the U17 WWC. 🥱

you are very funny, was the goal scored by Ghana assisted by the referee ? Who asked your team to sit back? So you thought Ghana was never going to score in front of such crowd? Stop deceiving yourself. We will also now waste time like your team after taking the lead.

Too bad u guys can't bribe refs at the world level. All this for 3 matches and a ride back.

I was like: What's this nonsense? In a televised game for that matter?

I would understand, if they were trying to prevent the Ghanaians from touching their nets, but when they're the ones doing the touching, it just looks so awkward to me.

Upon all the touching, they're still losing.
the Ghanaian started it first

No na

Just one goal accrues to them as a result. It's a team sport not an individual one. Each player however gets medals.

It's same for relay races, each athlete gets a medal but on the medals board it's just one gold.

2 things can be right. I think Ghana deserves the win cause overall they were the better side. I also think the referee was incompetent and showed too much favouritism to the host. There's a scenario where the Falconets would have won despite their poor showing if the ref was fair.

Anyways congratulations to Ghana, I think you guys have a few good players in that team you can build the future on.

thanks for the congratulations, well the referee was biased but I think Nigeria didn't take her chances, most of the game Nigeria was well composed in the midfield but they failed to take their chances.

don't worry, both teams are not really good so if you like convince yourself that the referee did u dirty but refuse to accept the fact that both Ghanaian goals were clean goals. At the world cup we will see which team will disgrace themself.

1st of all both ur goals were beautiful but that doesn’t change the fact that the referee took us out of the game. They are not going to do that for u at the world cup. I say the same thing about Nigerian clubs. This type of stuff will hurt u in the long run because you never truly get to see what u are capable of.

u should have score 2 goals in the first half but u couldn't even the goal u scored was a give away, if you fail to improve your team before the world cup you will still go and complain about referee being unfair

I don't have a problem with that. U are correct about us needing to improve but the ref gave u guys that game. 2 things can be right at the same time.

I believe every qualified coach should be given a fair opportunity to vie for the role of Head Coach in both our male and female U-20 teams.

Why will the NFF keep on recycling Ladan Bosso,Chris Danjuma and their favorites sons as Coaches of our National Teams?,Are there not other competent and qualified coaches that can do better than them?.

We never really learn any lessons in this country.

After watching the match finally, I think yall are being harsh.
Both Ghanaian goals were superb strikes, which would have been difficult for ANY U20 keeper to have stopped.
I cannot blame either Omilana nor Anderline for conceding those goals.

Give those young ladies a break. Omilana kept 3 clean sheets before the Ghana goal. I thought she did very well throughout the tournament. Obviously, both young ladies (Omilana and Anderline) have some ways to go before becoming World Class.
Yall need to cut them some slack!

God bless u. That first strike was tremendous and Anderline was unsighted by her defender.
I was more disappointed in the defense on the day.

I disagree. That was a lazy reaction from omilana. Prior to that goal, the way she was doing like she was armless was annoying, plus her time wasting antics at 25mins. Who does that? This was a final for heaven's sake. I'm a fan of hers prior to that. I won't say those criticizing her were harsh. That ball went over her head without any sensible effort from her. She is majorly to blame for that. No harsh criticism whatsoever. Lazy goalkeeping was the Omilana highlight throughout that game. I can overlook Anderline's own. But not Omilana's. Which break? So she go dey reason Falcons shirt very soon without any considerable improvement after 3yrs? Naaah!! She needs to step up and get serious with that career or just turn to outfield player since she feels her hands are not for goalkeeping.

SuperFalcons and AS Saint Etienne Midfielders Regina Otu & Amanda Mbadi…

When both are on the pitch playing the same time, Amanda plays the DM position while Otu goes Box-2-Box..

But if only Regina Starts among their two she plays DM Position.

But Oluehi was by far better than what Omilana and Mgechi have shown at the U20 level… If Oluehi wasn’t good then they wouldn’t have named her The Flying Cat. I never Forget!
