If I were you ,I would fly home to Nigeria, find a gynecologist who works in the Teaching Hospital or FMC of my state, go to his private clinic and get the surgery done. Its the exact same thing only cheaper and faster.

Funny enough, housing crisis is part of what I just described during the presentation I was doing some mins ago.

Countries are providing packages for people who are homeless, from GP to apprenticeship to deposit schemes, to fully paid supported accomodation, but your country people after 60 years still has people living under the bridge
