If Nigerians are smart, they would ignore these foreign airlines and keep patronizing airpeace.

That's their only hope for affordable airfare.

If these foreign airlines succesd in muscling out airpeace, they would go back to the expensive prices the very next day.

It's a guarantee.

They already have the advantage of scale that airpeace does not have.

Nigerians must support airpeace with everything.
It's for our own good.

You are a well known bigot on this forum. Folks like you led by Mrvitalis were everywhere on this forum last week telling whoever cared to listen that Air Peace is an Igbo brand and Nigeria has absolutely nothing to do with her success.

Some very few Nigerians on Twitter suggested that Air Peace should project a United Nigerian identity instead of an ethnic identity and all hell was let loose. You guys made a mountain out of a molehill and descended on Yorubas for no good reason. Tinubu and Keyamo who fought for the actualization of the London route were not spared and their efforts were rubbished by Igbo supremacist.

It’s barely a week now and you’re here trying to tell all Nigerians to see Air Peace as a Nigerian brand. Is this not what those people suggested initially? Without the support of all Nigerians, can Air Peace survive the global air politics?

See the Yoruba man up there capping rubbish. undecided undecided

You will think he is being patriotic but his only annoyance is because its an Airline owned by their eternal nemesis. The IGBO.

If this airline was owned by say OTEDOLA, the child brain fellow Helinues will not be saying all this crap.

His only anger is that an Igbo man will become super wealthy.

As long as an Igbo man is involved, the wicked human doesn't mind promoting foreign airlines in a subtle manner all but to spite the Easterners.

But these are same fools promoting buy naija to sustain the naira undecided undecided

Many people didn’t understand where the guy was coming from. They thought he was just being unreasonable and unintelligent, not knowing he was coming from a place of bigotry.

No where in the report did they say Airpeace was complaining but somehow he has to find a way to blame Airpeace even if it goes against his job of promoting the effort of the current government in this process.

He doesn’t know whether to be happy or sad with this report.

He’s sad because Airpeace is sold out for a long time and also nowhere in the report suggested the malicious headline.

He’s happy because he’s believing the malicious headline would someday come to pass.

Arik was once the designated National carrier before Air Peace. The airline was flying directly to Heathrow and not even Gatwick. International airlines out priced them out of the route. Arik went into serious financial trouble and had to withdraw from the route. Today, they only fly local.

It's an open market

No one is frustrating anyone .

Air peace should have made proper consultation with other airlines before splashing the average airline ticket to UK.

Win win for the travellers as the airlines would drag themselves to the extent of free falling the price

Can you imagine … Ghanaians and other African counties were charged way cheaper than Nigerians by this foreign operators ( BA, Virgin and the rest ) … Airpeace came onboard and slashed the price down so Nigerians won’t be paying such crazy prizes for a ticket .. and your saying it’s an open market .. wow 😯 … I don’t know if it’s inferiority complex or just plain bigotry Dey motivate you ..

The foreign airlines are not trying to frustrate Air peace. They are just trying to be competitive. That's what happens when you run a business. Stop the victim talk.

This is a foolish n you should delete it, Air Peace does not have to consult anyone to reduce prices as others also do not need to consult Air Peace before reducing theirs.

The reduction competition is best for the market n best for Nigerians.

Yes, that should have been the right move. Air peace met some airlines operating from Nigeria to UK, it's insensitive of Air peace to slash the pice without no proper consultation with other airlines.

If Air peace ticket to London is $700, na to just drop theirs to $650.

Everyone is allowed to play the game

Did British Airways, Virgin Atlantic etc. consult with Nigerians, FAAN, and CAA before raising prices over 300%?

The government is to be blamed in all these. If they made the economy conducive, the foreign airlines wouldn't be taking advantage of it to inflict pains on Nigerians.

Now that a Nigerian airline is out to bring relief, he should consult them? Consulting them means price is not going down and you will be among the people that will condemn him for fleecing Nigerians like the foreign airlines

This troll is always fast to type rubbish on every thread. Imagine how he even blamed Air peace in a derogatory way for causing price slash.

Is this guy normal at all? Airpeace is currently saving Nigeria millions of dollars that would have gone on capital flight to foreign countries and worsen the exchange rate. He is saving Nigerian travelers millions of naira on an individual basis but this thing couldn’t appreciate all that, instead he blames Airpeace. Something is seriously wrong with you guys from that side of Nigeria.

Bitter and hateful souls.

I think the foreign airlines are acting from a play book. Engage in a price war to force out the threat. Then jerk up the price after the forced exit of the threat.
