Oyo State tried to do valuations of each building, but they can't collect shit....not even 1% collection rate. Simplify the process even for local people to understand.. rake in massively.

I think you live in Abuja lol...go to Ibadan and you will see that some of them are poor and inherited those houses. I do think it might also make sense to price it based on the age of the houses.
