WTF MAN!

Meat and fishes becoming a very scarce commodity this days due to high cost of them.
Fish sellers who normally sold like 5 carton now sell one carton at most per day.
Butchers that normally killed like 10 cows now killed 3 to 4 cows each day.
Restaurant now serves food with very tiny meat and fish at a cut throat price.
People that sells cloth hardly sell one because people are now focussing on foods alone.
Customers are now few in the market daily.
Transporters hardly load their buses full because not many are traveling.
This and more are my observation this days.

I eat one good meal and one snack or fruit daily

Not like you can't afford them, but as a dude on a budget you need to cut cost. I do budget certain amount for everything before now, with the inflation at hand I had to adjust as not to spend investment money on food and other edibles. I reduced lounge meet ups from almost every evening to twice a week (I go to church more). I technically reduced all stuffs I do that ain't necessities. This days, I seat more at home by evenings, enjoy my favourite four cousin and red devil redemption game. I even learnt how to marinate and grill my own chicken and turkey as the one in lounges can't tally with my budget. ......

Instead of hang out in lounges, I go to play lawn tennis or Volleyball in the local stadium around. By the time I finish, na to hang out with the guys on court and go home to relax from there. I even took up reading as an hobby now. The economy brought about some good positive side Sha.

You only leave once, eat before you save.

I don't Joke with MY WELLBEING, my own. And MY OLD WOMAN.

I am not at loss. Anybody who has the interest of others and the country at heart wouldn't be excited that dollar was almost hitting N2000. I am only hoping the prices of good and services crashes in a month or less.

Before the inflation a kilo of chicken cost 2200 and half kilo was 1100..

Now it's 5500 for a kilo.

Kpomo used to be 100 naira now it's 300 naira for the cheapest...

A kilo of kpanla use to be 900 naira now it cost 2500 for a kilo..


Shame to APC....

I still eat twice daily.
My issue now is that my things finshe so fast. Imagine I bought 4kg gas and it doesn't last pass one week. This is me that normally use 2kg for 1month. I don't want to talk about light. I have never recharged my light pass 3k a month. but this month we are not even in the first half of the month I have already spent 9k on light. I am just tired.

Man shall not live by bread alone

My Eating pattern hasn’t changed much. But I needed to cut down on some other things to maintain it. I drink less beer now, less frequently too.

To me, it's like the economy is getting balanced. I doubt people who work still go hungry or eat poorly.

Though the inflation has taught many to cut down on unnecessary spending.
