Just a charge and bail lawyer can stop it. If you are not the husband, you CAN'T tell a lawfully and legally married woman to go and have a DNA test whereas the husband or the father of the child is NOT A PARTY to it.

Asides from Naira Marley and Sam Larry, Wunmi still remains the major and prime suspect in Mohbads death.

She kept so many things to her chest and allowed them fester for too long.

The last witness "Spending" opened a can of worms on Wunmi which makes the Mohbads case more intriguing and the death look more like murder.

After all allegations pointed to Naira Marley and Samlary, Why didnt she inform the public that they had a fight that evening which almost led her to come down on Third mainland bridge, She also claimed that he was cheating on her with another woman, also the Canada Visa issue which led to their arguments an d fight which spending witnessed the previous day.

She had access to Mohbads "I-cloud " back up and she had all those videos showing Naira Marley and Sam Larry bully.

The CCTV was tampered with to alter evidence, Spending stated that the deep cut from the window brushing with primeboy could never had led to Mohbads death.

Why did a whole Femi Falana hands-off the case ?

Mohbad has a very strong and ruthless spirit and it will not rest until the detailed revelation on his demise is concluded.

In the US, any child born after legal marriage automatically belongs to the father
regardless of what DNA says.
He will be forced to cater for the child until 18 even if the child belongs to another sperm donor.

a child born under a man's roof belong to the man. If the man raise the child to teenage age. No one can lay claim of the child. It belongs to the man.

Now, to the issue at hand. If a child is born during a marriage, it legally belongs to the father regardless of who the actual father.
This is general knowlege. I know it doesn't feel right based on your Nigerian mentality, but the law is the law.
Even if you sue, that doesn't terminate your legal responsibilities until the child turns 18.

But if you are unmarried, you may fight being designated the father using DNA as your weapon.

i am a young guy in his mid 20s but i want you to understand that an average Nigerian man are way too emotional when it comes to issue partaining to the opposite sex. They don't reason with their common sense. All what you said is the norms even in Nigeria but their emotions had beclouded their sense of reasoning
