Chicken laps is almost always an easy dinner. Barbecue chicken (overcooked a little), fries and roasted broccoli.

Chicken
For crispy skin, wash and dry the chicken. Rub with a little oil then season all over (including under the skin) with barbecue seasoning (I make mine but it's an easy seasoning to find in stores). Bake/roast at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Broccoli
Dry, toss with a little oil or butter, salt, garlic salt or seasoned salt, chopped garlic and cayenne pepper. 400 degrees, 15-20 minutes

No, it's bay leaf. I don't chew it. It's impossible to chew bay leaves but I sure love cooking with them.
