The executives does not have a say in what they get as constituency project allowance.

Yes they are given budget and they choose projects... It's the cost of their projects approved or funded

Peter Obi simply doesn't have the sense; he knows it and his senseless supporters know it too.
Fake it till you make it is the strategy he wanted to use to hijack the presidential position. But God knows that Peter obi has no basic sense to lead a bunch of chicklets. He remains the first ever presidential candidate to be blessed with an empty head.

He should be free to go and lead the Biafraudd, but he will never come close to the Aso rock...And believe it or not, he is starting to reliaze this fact, that is why he is now romancing with Atiku aka the KING of corruption.

A solid leader must have these qualities:
Charisma
Clear message
Solid Communication skills
Common sense
Ability to clearly understand questions and give an excellent response
Power and skills to connect with all people
Clear vision and Mission ETC

What Reno and indeed some agbadorians doesn't know is that there is something called check and balance among the arms of government where the arms of government can check the activities of each other.

This check and balance will help to check a lot of things in government, including spendings, that is why ministers and heads of government parastatals will always go to the National Assembly to defend their budgets.

But of course, this is Nigeria where people do whatever they like, and that is why opportunists like Reno will come online and deceive some odes that are dull and swallow what ever he says hook, line and sinker even when he is wrong.
