This should be a lesson to everybody. Never take vindictive decisions just because you're in power today!

When Ganduje dethroned him and went on the wild goose chase of splitting the great Kano emirate, I knew it was just a matter of small time before a sane governor comes on board and restore Sanusi and the emirate.

Bravo to Abba Yusuf for reversing the irrational and self-serving decision of Ganduje to dethrone Sanusi and balkanize the great Kano emirate.

I'm happy for SLS but it's obvious that the power governors have can make them decide anyone's faith in a state, this should be checked.

Emir Sanusi, one of the finest brains Nigeria has ever produced.

I started paying attention to him when he merged banks that were simply existing to cover face without adequate liquid capital.

Man was a very fine CBN governor and I revere him as I do the Reverend Matthew Hassan Kukah when it comes to telling the truth to power.

Justice can only be delayed...

I started paying attention to him when he merged banks that were simply existing to cover face without adequate liquid capital.

The consolidation of banks was done by Soludo, not Sanusi.

Man was a very fine CBN governor and I revere him as I do the Reverend Matthew Hassan Kukah when it comes to telling the truth to power.

He was a terrible, loquacious and irresponsible CBN Governor who was overly political and told lies quite often. He also carried out many illegalities such as donating CBN funds to schools especially up north and printing N620 BILLION as banking intervention funds without legislative imprimatur.

However, I have to say that as much as I detested him, Godwin Emefiele taught me the true meaning of a despicable and useless CBN Governor. Sanusi was a saint compared to Godwin.
