What is an open relationship?

IMHO, the people who accept these open marriages, are just doing so because they dont want to lose that partner and wanna hold on to a distant hope that this person will come back to solely dating them, while the reality is that you've already lost them for good.

now imagine your woman coming to your face and saying that she wants to date and fukc other people.... wouldnt you automatically understand that this woman has no RESPECT for you nor the r/ship you guys are in (just like a cheating partner)... because what she is indirectly saying is that you are not man enough to provide for my sexual/dating needs. then the simple question to ask yourself is: then why try to hang on to such person (if you cant satisfy her sexual/female needs)?
