Oh maybe i get you now. the lines are intentional that how i draw my stuffs with no anti aliasing and sharp edges.

compare the two arts I did below. I choose the lines based on how i want the drawings to feel.

That's just the picture being pixelated This is it with smoother lines. you should read about image scaling and compression.

My point is that you can't create a cartoon in my style of someone you know using AI. If your brother gives you his picture and asks for a cartoon version of him, you won't be able to do it.

you can only create generic images of people that don't exists. do you understand?
