We are casual friends and greet each other and chit chat from time to time. We are not officially dating and haven't spent an hour discussing together before.

But an event brought us together and as we were discussing , she said "You should have known me by now".

In your view and experience : what does she mean by that ?

Although I wanted to respond by asking her : How Could I know you ? Am I dating you ?

Would those questions have been wise to ask ?

Just imagineyou and a fellow guy work in the same office and you became so close and you become homies they one day you went to buy him lunch and you added fish. And on opening the lunch he was like but guy you should have known me well by now. 3. Open up about your feeling to her but keep it opened ended let her know if she is not ok with u dating her its fine and it changes nothing about your friendship or closeness
4. If she agrees good luck if she say noo that you guys at6e just friends then lock up and just remain the normal guy
5. After the rejection act as if nothing happened and remain cool as ever atleast she now knows if she choose to slow down on your friendship no worries but remain casual as ever you may still win her.
6. If she agrees make sure you keep doing what brought you guys together in the first place which is gisting
7. If the reverze is the case that is she is the one liking you and you dont like her make sure to define the relationship quick and stop showing her unnecessary affection
