I tried keeping my mind quite once, a few years back. For a couple of weeks, it looked like I was succeeding. Then later if felt like a losing battle and I just gave it up 😄.

It is like trying to stop a broadcast from a TV station using our home TV remote control. The point is to take control of the mind by connecting to something at a higher frequency than the mind, and direct it with focused intention to where ever you wanna explore.

The aim is not to gain "higher vibrational state" as you called it, as I found out that this is the norm it's only in this realm(earth) that we perceive it as something extravagant. Back to my surmise the main aim is interaction with God.

This technique doesn't put measures of determining what you are connected to.

You end up being a transponder available for use, a public property and not a protected channel reserved for God only.

You get my point.
And all this promote flesh or rather reliance; whereby you start relying on the words you say as opposed to the infinite creative energy of God.

what do you mean by higher self? For the second, it's very possible but not in the exorbitant form that you might expect.
Irrespective of the supernatural ability (ies) you shouldn't forget, it's all about God.

Instead set your mind upon God. Let his awe take you and sooner and later all things including this self same gifts that people yearn for will be added unto you and you must also be patient. For that which you have is not temporary but rather permanent so that you will not be moved by the temporary to doubt!

As regards energy, a lot of people have put a great deal of energy into a lot of things and most of it didn't end up being successful yeah.
I guess the nazi soldiers did put a great deal of resolve but they were vanquished.

Energy alone won't make everything possible but it's one of the ingredients

The energy I put in my work is entirely different.

Although my thought process can still link it all but just think about this definition of energy and the various and possible kinds of energy your mind can think of... Break everything down and only energy will remain... You get?

Jus that, the costs should never be left out... As one can never bypass them. Without food, something else will take the place of sustenance for continued existence... So whatever it is, it becomes food for the consumer even if it's just air...

With the right "Energy" at work, anything can be accomplished... That's why it is said that: "With God, everything is possible". Replace God with "Energy" you still get same answer. But never forget balance. Somehow, everything will balance itself out. It's how the program works

Yes, I have thought about perhaps humans receiving energy through the sun. Yes, we might need another source of energy, but when I said food. I meant the regular crops and animals most or all humans currently consume for energy. Thank you for your input.

There are people who hit their heads on the floor 5 times a day, until there is a dark spot on their fore heads. This is punishment and enslavement. Something is saying I have defeated you.

There are people, who kneel down and lament, and cry and beg for forgiveness, and beg for food, and beg for jobs from entities they do not see. They look like slaves. This is mind control. Something is saying, Kneel down, I have defeated you.

There are people who hit their heads on walls, wear funny hat, and cry, and kill birds and lament and cry and surrender. This is enslavement, by an intelligence smarter than they are. This is defeat.

There are people, who move away from civilization, into 'evil forest' adorn with rags, chalks on their bodies, becoming poor and deceiving fellow humans - this is war on the mind, this is defeat.

There are people, moving away from civilization, dressed up on long robes, no longer enjoying normal human interactions, speaking of enlightenment yet lacking in material things and getting occasional massages and using their intellect to lazy around and make others lazy - this is a diversion tactics, and akin to saying, do nothing, this world is not ours. It is a hijack.

This is the type of discussion I like to be a part of. Life itself has been a journey of learning and unlearning for the evolution of our souls.
