I rinsed the marrow and bones thoroughly to remove all traces of blood.

Season with spices and enough pepper
Boil for 30 minutes.

Serve and enjoy with cold kunu kwakwa.

This food helps relieve joint pain and headache. I enjoy taking it after hardwork at the farm

Na waaaa.... lipsrsealed

Daniel Regha or something on Facebook does similar stuffs like this too.

We have all eaten one crappy meal at one time or the other so no qualms in that but the audacity to post it and show the whole world is what I dont understand or see the usefulness.

Yes. I don't want to write about her. It hurts me too much. But it would be good to write. Because of other people. Yes. It's painful. Basically. A man is alone all his life, when he's in trouble and suffering. I'll write. Yes. I gave everything I had.

See mumu talk. You are talking down on the most expensive food in Nigeria and some people's favorite food. Because you eat Akpu that is a cheap food.

Tuwon shinkafa is 100% Rice.

You don’t have to insult akpu to make your point, big head.

He’s actually obviously ignorant about tuwon shinkafa.

A very dope meal, especially when served hot, with better miyan egusi.

Read my own epistle on how my ex- wife left. It even made front-page and some blogs even posted it. I was hurt too but right now my daughter is all grown and all the love I had for the mom went to my baby girl. You will soon get over it. I promise.

Used engine oiil - free
Pepper - fifty naira
Seasoning - twenty Naira
Onion - Thirty Naira
Leaf - N50.

Very possible.

Next time consider using Aboniki balm to replace onion, pepper and oil once. Lol.
