Some countries also need it from those that are migrating aka Japa

I recall encountering the same issue, but I realised it had gone through. Click on your profile at the top right corner, then click on Requests, then View Invoices. That should tell you the invoice status. See picture below.

I sent my finger print yesterday and they reached back that I should exercise some patience as they are processing it.

I printed it out, applied ink on my fingertips and applied the fingerprints.

Yes, the certificate has been issued. A couple of hours after virtual verification was completed.

Good evening house, please I paid for PCC over 24 hours ago and I am yet to receive any text message or email from them about biometrics. The payment was successful but my portal is still showing pending. Please what can I do??

Please those in diaspora on a tourist visa and needed PCC to process resident permit, what do you upload as proof of residence from your host country since you don't have permit yet? Please someone that has processed PCC based on DIY successfully should guide me 🙏

But Uganda you get to find way to earn dollar online before moving there otherwise you go too regret.

If its a renewal (you have done biometrics before) you don't need to repeat biometrics.
If its your first time when applying you fill your address overseas the possap portal will guide you on how to do biometrics from your location. You don't need returning to Nigeria.
