But, yes, lactating women have been known to go out on the prowl. Mostly females who got pregnant living life on the fast lane, found the 9 months of pregnancy and 3 I guess people are who they are.

I'm thinking of the short to medium term regarding real estate in the state. That's, buy lands where development (industrial, commercial and residential) are going to, secure them with the right papers and obtain them from the appropriate sources. I read about the Aviation Village and I've been told about the real estate developments by Full Life and Landmark Resorts proposed plans.

In your opinion, which areas do you recommend state wise for lands buying with the aim of doubling one's investment within max four years?

BTW, how far Ibom Sea Port?

Hi, YoshihideSuga.

If what I know about the Akwa Ibom 30-year master plan is correct, development is connecting the Uyo belt with Eket; that is, Uyo through Ibesikpo Asutan LGA, Nsit Ibom to Nsit Ubium LGAs then Eket through to Ibeno and Ikot Abasi.

I'd say buy lands in Ibesikpo Asutan LGA which connects to Central Uyo Metropolis. Then buy lands in Itu LGA especially along Calabar - Itu highway which is part of the Uyo - Ikot Ekpene development belt. Once the FG fully fixes that road, you'd have a gold mine on your hands; and it enjoys at least 23 hours power supply.

Getting lands in Ikot Abasi LGA (Ikot Abasi Urban especially) is a bit tricky. It's part of the Oil and Gas Free Zone and the industrial belt where the fertilizer plant, refinery, and federal university are located. If you get a property there, you've hit the jackpot. It's where the Ibom Power Company and Plant is situated too so you know what that means.
