Great Engineers in the house, please i need your help. This my ipad is stuck in this DFU mode . I have tried to restore with itunes but no luck, most of the 3rd party apps are requesting for payment. Please is there a free app that can run it for me?

Download the os from https:// ipsw .me/
Copy it into a folder, plug the tablet, it's already in recovery mode
Restore the software with iTunes by picking the download os, you need Internet on your system
It should work

try to restore the phone, if it doesn't work you get another panel.it could be one of the buttons that is responsible for that though
