She was once a "super independent woman", "super mum" and "boss lady" but she was dying in the inside. From battling depression to batting stress of raising kids alone, she ended it and left the same kids she took away from their father alone to suffer motherlessness. Women should learn to close their legs if they are not ready to raise children. If eventually they give birth to these children, they should stop fighting for what they can not do. Stress and depression are real.

I feel for the kids and the family this lady has left behind. May God strengthen them all.

Parenting is EXTREMELY stressful. Take this from a father of four children. My work keeps me away most hours of the day, sometimes, I stay away from home for days and weeks. I know the stress my wife goes through dealing with the kids alone. It's crazy, it hurts me, and I deeply respect and acknowledge her for this.

Inasmuch as I advise against divorce, in circumstances where this is unavoidable, plans should be implemented to ensure both parents are physically present in their children's lives. Trust me, one cannot measure the intense pressure, stress, and depression this woman would have dealt with.

We do not know the circumstances of her single-motherhood status, not that it matters anyway. This piece of news shouldn't serve as an avenue to attack females and women. There are very valid reasons to leave a union, and this lady may have just gone through one.

I've come to realize that it's easy to judge from the comforts of our homes. But in reality, if we were to assume the positions of the people we judge, we may perform worse than them.

Dear couples, do all you can to maintain your homes. Divorce benefits nobody - not the mother, the father, the kids, or the extended family members. Even if divorce may come with one or two benefits, the background hurt and other implications remain. Remember, two are always better than one.
