Spoilt child and perverse generation! You caused your mother to backslide and you are proud in your ignorance. It is because you never had real encounter with Christ himself. You don't have the Holy Spirit, so the things of Christ is scam to you. So, your mother having accident is never a litmus test to determine if Christ exists or not. Jesus himself and his disciples faced storm when sailing, but Jesus calmed the storm. For the fact that your mother survived and she is alife of what claimed other people's life means God is in control of her life. Her problem is not raising you well to know Jesus personally and have personal encounter with Jesus, now you are becoming a stumbling block to her, but you are still proud in your ignorance instead of you weeping for your shamelessness. There is a greater punishment for who makes someone to err or stumble.

Instead of feeling super-hero in ignorance, you better humble yourself and ask Jesus to reveal himself to you personally if he is real so you can know Jesus is never a scam, but real. Jesus is full of love and mercy; he will reveal himself to you if you humbly seek him. Your mother also needs to get stronger in the Lord and pray to have real encounter with Jesus instead of just being mere church goer without the word of Jesus in her to quench temptations in christian journey. May God help both of you not loose most precious Gift of God to humanity to escape eternal damnation and condemnation after leaving this world

Those of us who have seen the light and have real encounter with Christ beyond church ceremony will only sake our heads for you and pray for God to remove veils of ignorance from your eyes. Churches were initially meant for slaves, it gave the slaves a sense of power physically and psychologically. Spineless, weak and powerless people will naturally like the Church, because it makes them feel special 'blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth', it also promises retribution against their perceived enemies, those they are too weak and too lazy to fight against.
