Sometime late 2023 i was moving out of my apartment to another one mostly because water messes the road once it rains around that orchid road environs. And my estate cast bad for the water issue. So I met a lot of estate agents and I finally got an apartment in another estate which I still stay at till now.

I noticed an effeminate guy who chats me strangely but he was careful not to be direct. Always using the term "Dear" . He's one of the agents I met in the course of finding a new apartment. This "dear" matter continued and it was just irritating so one day I told him to stop the bs and he agreed to it. He would come out of the blue to ask me for money. Na hustle everyone dey. I do help out when I can and when I can't I lockup. Sometimes I ignore his messages for months cos they're mostly annoying like how can a guy younger than me be calling me "fine" when addressing me? Talking nonsense about my pics and sometimes requests for video calls which I always decline, but he never gives up.

So recently we started chatting again and he mentioned that "he can't wait to meet me" and that one shock me. So I asked what for? Business he said. But we can do business online and meet when it's necessary so tell me let me know if it's profitable to me. Then he started mentioning me helping him with some clients. The worst part was when he mentioned yesterday that he would do anything for me. My instincts were right as always. Then he came out openly saying he would give me sex if it's what I want. I asked him again but Ur a guy like me na? He said yes.

The funny thing is I felt pity for him instantly unlike before I will get mad,insult and block but I just felt real pity for him. I told him I don't get down like that and I only do women. He said okay. So I was just thinking to myself how many men go done blast this boy anus because he's trying to meet the company's target? This is exactly what estate agents do, same with bankers both sexes not just women. They offer sex for clientele. He has gone back to the "dear" issues again. The problem I have with gays is the legality.

When you do something illegal or something society frowns at, there's a high chance you would run into some seriously sociopathic people.

Despite all the kito stories, many gays still move around with strangers confidently, that is a high level of audacity or impulsivity.

I am lucky in that aspect, but I think it's beyond looking and smelling nice. When at 200l, my lecturer, two other guys and a neighbor were seriously disturbing and enticing me into their dirty world, I had to do a deep think.
